Steering systems rigs		SITIA specializes in the design and manufacturing of steering and opening systems test rigs mainly for automotive equipment and cars manufacturers. SITIA also designs test rigs for other types of applications : hoses (air, water, glycol, oil...), gearbox command cables, seats, electric motors, shock, creeping... SITIA provides turn key test rigs but also covers the retrofit operation of existing rigs. SITIA perfectly manages the constraints due to large temperature ranges and can provide rigs integrated into climatic chambers. Steering systems rigs The expertise of SITIA allows to carry out tests on different equipments of the steering system of a vehicle (flywheels, steering columns, steering racks, cardan joints, wheels...). Opening systems rigs SITIA controls the kinematics of various opening systems of a vehicle: acceleration and slowing-down of the openings driving systems, optimization of the climatic housing required space, control of the actuators between - 40 and + 85°C, measuring equipment adapted to large temperature range. Other rigs The experience we have at SITIA led us to develop rigs for hoses (air, water, glycol, oil...), gearbox command cables, electric motors, dashboard commands, seats, hydraulic control systems, shocks, creeping, etc... SITIA also proposes tests simulation softwares enabling the validation of new products design.
