SITIA offers a complete line of tests systems. Whether you already have a laboratory equipped with many actuators, or you start your business, SITIA offers all necessary means to control, monitor, measure, operate and to position all your tests.


They include:

  •  a digital controller (Bay 19''or box) with the SCS software to drive all your existing or future actuators
  • actuators (pneumatic, electric or hydraulic)
  • modular mechanical elements

Decline of 1 to 16 axes, these tests systems are modular.

 

The  Digital Contrôller

Adaptable to all actuators technologies (hydraulic, pneumatic and electric), the basic architecture of the digital controller consists of:

  • a piloting rack
  • a power rack
  • a PC or laptop  
  • a SCS software license

The set is available in two versions: Bay 19''or table box.

  The SCS Software

The SCS software can control in real time independently or synchronized up to 16 actuators. It allows:

  • piloting simple test or multi axial complex endurance
  • to make test characterization or endurance
  • to launch independently several different tests
  • to create any tests procedures
  • monitoring of test with automatic thresholds
  • to calibrate the measurement channels (gain, offset)

 

 

The operator parameter each test by choosing:

  • the type of test (shoot, periodic, sequential, events)
  • the used axis
  • the signal form (elementary cycles): sine, half-sine, triangle, square, random files points, constant
  • the channels of control (choice of the sensors needed for the test; effort, displacement, torque, pressure, ...)
  • the sequence of elementary cycles: number of steps, loops and sequences, or time
  • for each axis, the operator can determine the limits of detection of failure
  • the saving of  the test set up and archiving data (ASCII)
 

 

 The Actuators

SITIA offers, in addition to the digital controller, all types of actuators. Depending on your projects, SITIA determines and sizes actuators you need.

 

Pneumatical

SITIA developed a controlled servocylinder. This product is available in different ranges of effort and displacement.

It consists of:

  • a load-cell and a displacement sensor
  • a compact cylinder mounted between 2 roll ends
  • a proportional servovalve

Frequency range of 0 to 20Hz for speeds between 10mm/min to 0.7m/s

 

 

Electrical

SITIA provides electrical assemblies designed for each application:

        • speed change drive unit (brushless, asynchronous, ...)
        • electric jacks
        • linear motors

 

 

 

Hydraulique

SITIA sizes and offers the complete hydraulic chain:

  • test cylinder (hydrostatic or hydrodynamic bearings)
  • proportional servovalves
  • hydraulic pipe fitting
                               

 

The Mechanical Modulars Elements 

SITIA has developed a large range of mechanical modules. They can position your products and actuators in a simple and repetitive way. Generic, they adapt easily to your various tests and tested products. Thanks to its mechanical engineering department, SITIA can also propose specific mechanical means.

Proportional Pneumatic Control System

This standard SITIA system allows controlling four pneumatic actuators independently. The control is done either in effort or in displacement. This system is mainly used in industrial test laboratories.

This system is composed of four pneumatic actuator sets and a control cabinet. Each actuator set includes the actuator itself and its associated servo-valve as well as a load cell and a displacement sensor.

The maximum performances are :
      Solicitation at 8 Hz with +/- 10 mm amplitude,
      Solicitation at 2 Hz with +/- 45 mm amplitude,




Load Cell Calibration System

This SITIA mobile test system allows calibrating your load cells and dynamometers on site and checking the conformity of your measurement channels. The available ranges are ± 1000N and ± 5000N, with a precision of 0,1% Full Scale.
