Skills & Know-how

SITIA supplies :


 Endurance test benches,

Characterisation & measurement benches,

HIL (Hardware In the Loop) benches : those allow to submit ECUs or automats to real time tests in virtual environments (scenarii generation, test patterns.),

Quality control benches.

The entire development of the test benches is done in the SITIA integrated R&D departments :

MECHANICS

After developing the parts under SOLIDWORKS software, SITIA sub-contracts the mechanical manufacturing and then integrate itself those parts.

 

HYDRAULICS & PNEUMATICS

SITIA chooses the actuators and power packs depending on the customer’s specification.
SITIA perfectly manages the proportional control technologies (position, force, acceleration)


SOFWARE

SITIA develops specific software with adapted interfaces. SITIA develops its own data acquisition and real time control systems. SITIA owns several LabVIEW licences and develops under the following software :


 C, C++,

Visual BASIC,

MatLab Simulink, Modelix,

LabVIEW, LabVIEW RT,LabWindows,

ADbasic (KEITHLEY France ADWIN),

ELECTRICAL

SITIA develops and manufactures itself its own electrical cabinets and makes the cabling of the test benches.

SITIA develops its electrical schemes under SEE ELECTRICAL and also uses automats languages such as SCHNEIDER, SIEMENS, OMRON, ALLEN BRADLEY, etc…

CLIMATIC

SITIA perfectly manages the constraints due to large temperature ranges (choice of actuators and material protection) and supplies test rigs integrated in climatic chambers.
