For each order, a project manager is your unique interlocutor. He centralizes and manages the different competencies inside SITIA (mechanics, electrical, software, pneumatics, hydraulics, climatic).
During start-up meeting, an exchange document is created. This document allows to centralize all project tasks and to identify in real time the pending points
The development phase leads to the supply of a conception documents.
Once these documents approved by customer, the manufacturing phase starts
The bench is pre-qualified at SITIA together with the customer.
After the reception at SITIA, the bench is shipped, installed at customer’s and submitted to final reception. The customer is trained and the users’ manual is supplied.
